As an experienced manager, he possesses extensive know-how and a broad network in the industry. He has a penchant for sophisticated design and sustainable concepts and is regarded as an initiator and creative source of ideas.

    His extensive experience as a real estate expert at renowned companies, particularly in the investment sector and in acquisitions and sales, makes him a central figure in AnswerGroup’s strategic development. His keen understanding for the international real estate and fund business gives him particular expertise.

    As a long-time companion of Jan Rouven Künzel, both partners form a well-coordinated team in which trust is a top priority.

    Luis Walther-Kraft holds two Master of Science degrees from IREBS in Regensburg, Germany, and Henley Business School in Reading, UK.

    Our investment management focuses on the acquisition, valuation and sale of real estate in order to achieve maximum returns. Our aim is to generate profits through strategic investments and green repositioning in real estate projects or portfolios. We constantly analyze the real estate market for lucrative investment opportunities and also assess the profitability and ESG compliance of real estate projects. Additionally, we carry out due diligence on potential investments.

    The foundation of Answer is transparency and competence. All investors on the advisory board are given a say during the joint investment to ensure their voices are heard. This approach guarantees transparency in terms of management fees and profit distribution and enables partnership-based qualitative cooperation.
